GENERAL INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS
RESPONSIBILITY:
Zodiac Travel acts solely on behalf of tour patrons, in arranging form transportation, lodging, sight-seeing and meals and is not responsible for damage, lost items, delays, injury or accidents. Due to any omission on part of any company, or person, engaged in providing transportation, lodging, sight-seeing, meals or other service which is part of the trip
REFUNDS:
On one day tour, and one- and two-night tours there is no refund and deposit, and payment are not transferable to any other person, unless cancellation is made 15 days prior of trip. Full payment must be received at the appropriate time to maintain your reservation. There is no refund for "NO SHOWS". On day trips, theatre trips and all types of festival trips. No refund of any amount is returned. When purchasing tours through friends and family make sure you inquire about our no refund policy. There is a $25.00 charge for all return checks. PAYMENTS
All checks or money orders should be made payable to Zodiac Travel, and sent to 72 N. Clinton ST., Poughkeepsie, NY 12601.
All checks must have name and address on them.
ERROR AND OMISSION:
Any photographic production or typographical errors in pricing or offers are subject to correction.
MEDICAL PHYSICAL DISABILITY:
Any medical/physical condition that require special attention or treatment must be reported to Zodiac Travel when reservation is made. All handicapped passengers must be self-sufficient and should travel with passengers who will provide, and assistance needed during the event of an emergency.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We strongly encourage everyone to purchase cancellation insurance for those last-minute medical emergency
